FAQ's

Q. Do you require a contract?

       A. No, we do not.  Service can be canceled at any time. 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

    A. We accept cash, personal check, and paypal.  We will be accepting major credit cards in the near future.

Q. How do you bill for your services?

    A. Payment for first time clean-ups or one time clean-ups is expected at time of service.  For our weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service we bill at the beginning of each month and is due by the 15th of the month; if we don't receive a payment by the 15th we will give you a courtesy call and/or send you an email and service may be discontinued.

Q. What can I expect when you come out to service my yard?

   A. When we come out to your home, we will be dressed in uniform so that you and your neighbors will know that we are professionals there to service your residence.   First we will knock on your door to determine if anyone is home - if no one is home we will gain access to your yard through your gate (provided it is unlocked).  Next, we will bring supplies that are needed to do our job into your backyard and double check that the gate is secure in case you have your pet/s outside.  When we are all done with our duties we will leave a door hanger on your front door so that you know we were there, and again we will double check to make sure the gate to your yard is secure.

Q. Do I have to be home the 1st time you come out?

     A.  I would prefer that you be home so that I can answer any questions that you may have and meet your dog/s if you are to leave them outside.  However, if you do not plan on leaving your dog outside, it is not necessary that you are home.

Q. Will you notify me before you come to service my yard?

     A.  Not usually, no.  Unless you specifically ask to be notified via email or phone we will come out on the day that is agreed upon.
